The Ferrari Flat-12 series were well equipped for their period of production, and thus the range of options was very limited, and the physical variations were equally scarce, unless you were going for the Assistenza Clienti produced 512 BB LM race car! The detail changes between the succeeding models were covered in FLAT-12 edition 3; here we will expand on that information with the few items that were available as options, and not the variations that one could expect to find on some models.

One of the most obvious options on any car is the choice of color, and those available for the Ferrari models covered by FLAT-12 is quite extensive, although the majority seem to be the ubiquitous "Rosso Corsa".
